Terry specializes in procuring and protecting intellectual property rights.  He is a registered Patent Attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and is admitted to State and Federal Courts in Michigan and elsewhere.  Terry has represented clients in the Federal Courts throughout the country, including appeals in patent litigation to the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals in Washington D.C., before the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences, before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and before the International Trade Commission.  Terry is a mediator on the approved listing by the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan.  Terry has over twenty-five years of experience in intellectual property law, with extensive experience in intellectual property litigation and agreements.  For a number of years Terry has been selected and named by Michigan Super Lawyers Magazine, by Best Lawyers in America and by Grand Rapids Magazine as one of Michigan's best lawyers.
